A little late on the Valentines day front, but a cute song all the same. By Edith Piaf and one of her many husbands, I forget which one in particular. and it's the cutest animation ever.
Anyway, there's not much to complain about today. Leaving for West Virginia tomorrow. Such a weird random state. My friend told me today she would rather name her child Minnesota than Virginia. I found that oddly strange because Virginia is not a completely obsolete name or terribly perplexing, like Born Divine Intelligent (a kid in my mothers kindergarten class). Virgina is sort of common, like Virginia Wolfe or the girl in that Billy Joel song. And why must famous people always name their children such crazy obscure names like Pilot Inspector, or Seven, or Bronx Mowgli. I totally do not understand why they would name their children after things or places or words that are clearly not meant to be names. If the kid doesn't like it, it will always be something they can hate their parents for when they grow up. Why would someone think that naming their child Mars is okay. That's a planet not a name. For once I would like to hear a celebrity name their child something semi-normal, like Teagan or Camilla. A name that is uncommon but still a name. So i guess there was something to rant about after all. Until next time.
